We inherited a mid-century ranch from our folks in 2024. They had purchased it 1992 from owners who had put on additions for a kitchen and family room in the 80’s. My husband and I had given up on our dream of building a new construction home in Arlington Heights when we came across Fairfield Homes. We knew Fairfield was the builder for us after our first meeting with Kevin. He gave us a detailed proposal, broke down the cost which came in significantly under what other builders had quoted us. Fairfield handled all of the permits, demolition and unforeseen expenses which took the burden off of us. When it came time for the build, the Fairfield team guided us every step of the way and took the stress out of this huge endeavor. Kevin and Scott were very responsive to our questions or concerns no matter how redundant or small. There's showroom with enough selections to give choice but not overwhelm. Stephanie the designer is there to guide in selections and exhibits extreme patience! The team was very accommodating with the changes we made throughout our project. Fairfield remain as responsive today as they were during our build. We couldn't be happier with our experience and new home. I can't imagine using any other builder!
